Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return

Provide your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
Our customer service team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
Exchanges
